The ladder
Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Ascendant, Immortal, Radiant. Each tier below Ascendant has three divisions; wins add rating, losses subtract, strong play adds more, and five placement games set your start.
Gold to Platinum: stop playing solo
Aim is not the problem here — coordination is. Three things: call your info, follow the team, and do not stand in a teammate's lane. Learning to fill a role will decide your win rate more than your aim.
Platinum to Diamond: stop defaulting to tempo
Everyone can play at Platinum; the difference is round-resource management — ability economy, weapon economy, utility trades. Attackers need default setups and rotations; defenders need saves and retake timing.
Diamond to Ascendant: stop riding your emotions
Above Diamond it is detail and mentality: stop the session after two losses, stay calm in clutches, review one line after each round. Consider a fixed group or a fixed role here.
Universal rules
- Play ranked at a fixed time of day; stop when you are off form
- Master 2-3 agents over playing 10
- After each match, review one question: what was my biggest mistake
Rank is an outcome, not a goal. Do the right things each round and the score follows.
