Haven Attack and Defense: Splitting a Three-Site Map

The frame

A monastery in Bhutan with three sites (A/B/C) — the classic test of splitting:

  • The defense must spread out, usually 2-1-2 or 3-1-1, with the extra on C
  • C is relatively isolated and easy to pinch, so keep a fast rotation path to it
  • Mid windows control several areas; whoever holds mid controls the rotation

Attacking

  • The key to a three-site map is stretching the defense until it breaks: make noise on A and C for 30 seconds, pull bodies from a weak point, then hit the real target
  • The wall-heavy layout suits wall-piercing Initiators such as Breach
  • Priority: C is isolated, so the retake is long; after taking A or B, watch the mid-window flank

Defending

  • 2-1-2 with a mid flex; at least one on C with delay utility (tripwires, slows)
  • Hold the mid windows with a rifle or smoke them off
  • On a retake, reinforce C first — the slowest help — and let A and B cover each other

Deep angles

After spawn protection ends, attackers can hug the outer pole at A Long to hit a defender's side, and defenders can hold the attic nook on B for players creeping in. Exact spots and timing are in the deep-angle guide.
